Ms. Gloria Danjuma – Chairman Ms. Gloria Danjuma has a strong academic background from prestigious schools in the UK, Switzerland and the USA. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College, Belmont, NC, USA in 1990 and is also an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School where she completed her Chief Executive program as a managing economic risk, finance accounting and managing haulage in supply chain. Ms. Danjuma became the Board Chairman in 2023.

Mr. Roderick Nazzari – Managing Director Mr. Roderick Nazzari joined the NALCOMET Group in August 2013. Mr. Nazzari is a seasoned professional with an MBA in Shipping and Logistics. Prior to joining Comet Roderick held top positions in Shipping Companies in Europe, Asia and Nigeria. He later became the Deputy Managing Director, and was appointed the Managing Director in 2023.

Mr. Ignazio De Judicibus – General Manager He has a qualification in saturation diving issued by the Italian Navy. He also has various professional diving qualifications with over 39 years’ working experience in offshore and diving activities. He has held the position of Diving Superintendent, Bell Supervisor, Diving Supervisor, Diving Representative and Project Coordinator for different companies and in many countries such as Italy, Russia, Congo, Libya, Egypt, Algeria, Kuwait, Dubai, Thailand and Nigeria. In 2020, he became Operations/Technical Manager of Tethys Plantgeria but later took charge as the General Manager in 2024, a position he still holds till date.

Dr. Benjamin Osijek Oziegbe- Protocol/Communities Relation Manager Dr. Benjamin Oziegbe holds a B.Sc degree in Business Administration. He is an astute manager of both human and material resources who has over 25years working experience that cuts across Civil/Building Technology, offshore field operations, logistics, and research & development. He joined Tethys-Plantgeria Ltd as an Operations Officer in 1996, and was promoted to the rank of the Protocol/Communities Relations Manager in 2005, a position he occupies till date. He is known for his rare humility and dedication to service.
